Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana ne apni angel investment se 400% ka zabardast return kamaaya hai. The Man Company, jo men's grooming products banata hai, ko Emami Ltd. ne ₹400 crore ke valuation par acquire karne ka decision liya hai.

Ayushmann ka The Man Company ke saath safar
Forbes India ki ek report ke mutabiq, Emami abhi Helios Lifestyle mein 50.4% stake rakhta hai, jo The Man Company ka malik hai. Ayushmann ne 2018 mein is brand mein apna investment shuru kiya tha. Vo sirf investor hi nahi, balki brand ke marketing, product innovation aur campaigns ka bhi hissa rahe hain.
Ayushmann ne kaha, "Main shuru se hi The Man Company ke vision aur mission par vishwas rakhta tha. Aaj brand ki success story ka hissa banna aur grooming industry mein iski impact ko dekhna mere liye bohot badi baat hai. Acquisition ke baare mein
Emami, jo ek badi FMCG company hai, ne Saturday ko announce kiya ki unhone Helios Lifestyle mein bacha hua 49.6% stake acquire kar liya hai. Helios Lifestyle ab Emami ka fully owned subsidiary ban gaya hai.

Is acquisition se Emami ki male grooming segment mein position aur mazboot hogi, jo digital-first premium brands ke liye kaafi fast-growing sector hai. Emami ne pehle 2017 aur 2019 mein Helios mein apna stake increase kiya tha, aur ab 50.4% tak pahuch gaya tha. The Man Company ke grooming products mein fragrances, skin care, hair care, aur beard management jaise categories include hain.
Emami ke paas already kaafi successful brands hain jaise Navratna, Boroplus, Zandu, Fair and Handsome. Unka FY24 turnover ₹2,921.57 crore report kiya gaya hai.
