Censor Certificate ke Intzaar mein Kangana Ranaut ki 'Emergency' Film ki Release Hui Postpone
Kangana Ranaut aur 'Emergency' ke makers ne Bombay High Court mein ek petition file ki hai, jismein unhone Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) se official certification ki demand ki hai. Lekin, Justices B P Colabawalla aur Firdosh Pooniwalla ki division bench ne ye request mana kar di hai aur CBFC ko objections consider karne ka order diya hai. Live Law ke mutabik, Bench ne apne order mein kaha, "Mr. Dhond ne submit kiya ki MP High Court ne ye issue nahi uthaya hai ki certificate issue hua hai ya nahi. Isliye, ye Court CBFC ko certificate issue karne ka direction de sakti hai. Lekin hum is directive ko pass karne mein asamarth hain kyunki MP High Court ne specifically CBFC ko Jabalpur Sikh Sangat ke representations ko consider karne ka order diya hai. Agar hum CBFC ko certificate issue karne ka direction dete, to hum High Court ke order ka ullanghan karte. Judicial propriety ke madde nazar aise orders pass nahi kiye ja sakte. Isliye, hum petitioners ki maang ke mutabik CBFC ko certificate issue karne ka order nahi de sakte. Lekin, hum is petition ko abhi dispose nahi kar rahe hain. Hum CBFC ko objections ko consider karne ka order dete hain, agar koi objections ho to.
Court ne CBFC ko ye objections ya representations September 13 tak decide karne ka order diya hai aur is matter ki agle hearing September 18 ko rakhi gayi hai.
