Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 10: Amar Kaushik’s sequel to his 2018 horror-comedy film Stree is still raking in the bucks even 10 days after its release. Starring Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana, the film has collected an estimated ₹341.15 crore net so far in India, according to Sacnilk.com.

Opening and Week 1 Collections: The film had a strong start with ₹8.5 crore from paid premieres and ₹51.8 crore on its opening day, August 15. Over the next week, it earned ₹31.4 crore, ₹43.85 crore, and ₹55.9 crore on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Despite a drop on Monday, it still made ₹38.1 crore, with the week ending at ₹291.65 crore net.
Second Week Performance: Stree 2 saw a surprising 4.17% collection spike on its second Friday, earning ₹17.5 crore. On its second Saturday, it made an estimated ₹32 crore, bringing its ten-day total to approximately ₹341.15 crore net in India.
Aparshakti on Ayushmann Joining the Franchise: Aparshakti Khurana recently spoke to PTI about his brother Ayushmann Khurrana joining Maddock Films’ horror-comedy franchise with the film Thama, previously titled Vampires of Vijay Nagar. He mentioned, “We had been waiting to work together in something good, and this world created is a great opportunity.” Aparshakti clarified that they didn’t push for being cast together, but the new project came to Ayushmann after they finished Stree 2. There are many questions about whether they will be shown as brothers in the new film.
